This seller needs some business manners towards customers service .I am very straightforward to ask this seller on the email about my concerns but he/she took it as a complaints.Overall description of the items it looks new except with a fiber can that was damaged during shipping but not a big deal except with that Jonard tool fiber stripper .that is why ,I have some sort of questions and the seller took it as a complaints.a good buyer deserves a respectful response and answers

I explained that it was new multiple times and even showed you documents that the tools in the kit were correct yet you kept insisting I was cheating you. You got a great deal on the product and it was exactly as advertised. Sorry you didn't have a good experience. Remember, this is Ebay, I am not running a business. If you want a high level expericence buy the product new from a store.
