The laptop looked almost new. Windows setup went off with no problems. However, battery #1 (the Lenovo T480 has 2) showed not detected. After contacting Customer Service I received a refund almost immediately for a replacement battery which I agreed to replace myself. After my excellent experience, I can really recommend Rapid IT Servicing if you are looking for a really good deal. Thanx guys.
