Ah.. what? There is always a chance something can get damaged in the mail. I have had books in Gemini mailers arrived damaged, books from CGC arrive damaged. I responded to your concerns at 11:30pm after flying across the country to provide good customer service (you even said this!). I asked if you wanted to keep the book or have a refund. You said a refund was in order. I refunded you 50% of the price. Never heard from you, then this. It seems there is no way to make you happy.
