I''ve always been delighted with this eBay Seller. I purchased this item and a second 4K UHD Blu-ray, which gave me a percent-off discount. However, as the payment was processing, one of the items was removed from the Cart, because of unavailability. I lost the discount. I immediately tried to cancel the purchase, so I could order another item but was refused. I contacted eBay. A week later, my request for cancellation was refused. Very disappointing. They did express-post the full-priced item.
