Seller provided a tracking number that was not valid even after 10 days. Just a pre-shipment notification. Had no proof they ever actually shipped the item (this would have been easy to prove!) Anybody can generate a tracking number. It's not actually shipped until received by the postal service. Seller didn't care to look into the matter and when further pressed just refunded me. They didn't care at all! This hints to me they never shipped and knew it. Unsatisfactory communication too. Bad!

What a dictator Saddam Hussein's fan could be!!! I sold him a stamp collection for $48. I made a label, I dropped it off in my post office's drop off box. He never got it (was probably stolen like many items, unfortunately). I was very honest and nice to him, I offered him full refund right away. He kept suspecting me that I didn't send it. Why in the world should I keep it.
