    Total SCAM. This is the second order from GemsTells and I told them this was their chance to make it good. For the second time I did NOT get what the picture showed. This time I did NOT get the TYPE of crystal claimed (natural sapphire). Both a hardness 8 and 9 scratch tester scratched the surface. A gem dealer said it was a lab grown sapphire as he had seen many before (he used to sell them). He also said the GIR cert was a fraud since only GIA certs are recognized.
