The entire clock FACE broke loose during shipping causing the wires to break off from the speaker and therefore the chimes will not work. I cannot try the clock to see if it runs because the face broke from the base of the clock during shipping . NOT PACKED SECURELY! paper was loosely thrown in box doing nothing to secure the clock from damage.
