About Us:

Just Recycle I.T have been selling on Ebay since 2004. Our main business is recycling IT and other office equipment ranging from vintage 486 computers and motherboards up to Duo Core Systems.

We are based in Hartfield East Sussex in between East Grinstead & Tunbridge Wells. You are welcome to come and collect from us but this is by appointment only.

Items:

Most components are supplied without software or drivers, please check compatibility before ordering.

Dispatch Details:

Items are normally dispatched within 1 working days of payment.

Postage is only between Monday and Friday no postage is sent on Saturday.

Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or Collect+, larger items are sent either via UPS or Parcelforce.

Postal rates are for UK Mainland only, the Highlands and off shore islands will incur a surcharge and via Parcelforce only.

You will be emailed once your item has been dispatched, delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless you have paid for a special delivery service.

Your item will only be sent to the Paypal – Ebay registered address.

Most times the picture you see is the item for sale, sometimes the item may vary slightly

Warranty:

All items are covered by a minimum of 30 day return to base warranty (unless stated as spares or repair in the listing).

Computer systems and Laptops also have a 30 day telephone support (Monday – Friday office hours only)

Insurance:

Items sent via Royal Mail are covered by insurance up to £46 (£20 for item that are not signed for)

Larger items sent via UPS are covered by insurance up to £50

Larger items sent via ParcelForce are covered by insurance up to £100

Upon delivery the item must either be checked whilst the delivery driver is present or must be signed as ‘unchecked’ as you signing the item has arrived in good condition and we cannot claim on the courier’s insurance.

Collection:

Some items are collection only which must be via appointment only.

We are unable to accept Paypal as payment if collecting; payment is via cash on collection only.

No third party courier collection will be accepted.
