Overall it worked out. The item displayed was a 2017 S American Silver Eagle PF70 but what I received was the Congratulations version. I did not need the Congratualations version. I submitted a request to return for a refund through Ebay and it went smooth, just took a little time with shipping the coin back and waiting on APMEX to go through their processing for the refund. I will do business in the future with APMEX.
