Contacted seller, problems were with USPS, not seller! Items were well wrapped and securely packed, marked fragile, everything done right. USPS screwed up big time. Box was thrown into a large puddle in my front garden and looked like it had been bashed with a baseball bat! Seller is being great helping to get an insurance claim done, which is a bit like jumping through flaming hoops while holding a propane tank with USPS. For now, post office says it's in the works to refund money.
