The item was correct, but it was not in the seller's hands and was ordered from Amazon. It is hard to assure a product when you don't hold it. Had to be ordered and shipped from Amazon, and spent quite a few days in shipment. Normally from such a short distance it would be two to three days. Marked as shipped several days before it was in the mail. Product fine; service poor. Came on the last possible day 11 days total. Shipping should be free but 6.99 charged. Overall poor, would not buy again.
