I've requested multiple times now to cancel my purchase before they bought the shipping label. They respond as if I have said nothing and send things like "it's factory reset and ready to go!" In response to "hi I'd like to cancel this purchase please" then respond again with a shipping label. As if they are sarcastically rubbing it in your face that they are shipping it anyways.

I was tempted to leave neutral, but I got it and it’s not broken. Communication with this seller was confusing and insulting, and the item, a delicate 1/3 scale statue bust was tossed into an 8x12 Amazon box with like three tissues and one sheet of bubble wrap. The fact that it arrived unbroken has nothing to do with the seller, but more likely Jesus, a rabbits foot, and UPS workers acting good for once.
