Listing was accurate and 2 separate photos with ruler/measurements were part of the listing photos. Buyer was offered a return and a free shipping label was sent. Buyer did not return the item and asked Ebay to close the case. We are unaware of any "difficulties" this buyer had with the Ebay return process or why they chose to cancel their return and not send back the item. We have had no communication from the buyer. Buyer stated the reason for the return on file as "Just didn't like it".
