Amazing to deal with. Shipped within a few days wish it was sooner but reasonable wait. FortiAP U431F was able to register successfully on my support account. Working on support contract now. No wall mount was provided, had to purchase seperate. Sale price was fair. Included power cable, did not expect. 2 network cables included. Unit is visibly used. Has not affected usage as of yet. Would purchase from again.
