    I submitted an offer and it was accepted by seller. I paid for the shirt only to see an hour later I was refunded for my purchase. I asked seller if there was an issue. I received a reply back that the shirt was sold months ago on another platform. I was told usually this doesn’t happen. Unfortunately for me it happened. Very frustrating experience.

    The refund was issued IMMEDIATELY with a full explanation given at that moment. Buyer didn't notice the refund until later (an hour) and didn't read explanation. We understand that the buyer is frustrated about not getting a shirt, but we did everything we could to notify the buyer and refund them IMMEDIATELY, so they could seek other options if needed. We apologized and offered a coupon. We take our customers and service very seriously.
