Buyer left feedback before contacting me. I have receipts from MAC since I buy everything directly from the manufacturer. It's the same MAC lipgloss that they have been selling for years so not sure why the consistency would not be the same. I would have accepted a return. This is a new buyer with ZERO feedback, so I'll just chalk it up to that.
