The dolls arrived in good condition, but just barely. Shoving them into an envelope was not a good idea; it never is with Barbie dolls. These should have been placed in a shipping box with bubble-wrap or some other packaging material to protect them. It's sheer chance that one of them did not end up with a broken neck -- something which has happened w/ other sellers who haven't packaged their dolls with care.
