I was concerned, ordering a several hundred dollar product with a European plug, containing 12 glass tube bulbs being shipped from Amsterdam to the United States. However, the plug adapter works well with this tanning lamp, and it arrived undamaged, in perfect working order. My only complaint is that it was sort of dirty and oily on the outside, likely from hands covered in tanning lotion. But, all in all I am very happy with my purchase.
