Whilst I received the bag promptly, packaging was very poor!!! A £200 plus bag was posted in what was a bin bag! Checking the bag over the bag had a defect on the leather binding where it had been sliced. Camera centres customer services were pretty unhelpful and abrupt - compared to the other camera stores I have dealt with. Basically a return or a £10 refund! Pretty poor considering this £240 bag now has to be returned to Billingham for warranty for 3-4 weeks. Wouldn’t rush to use again.
