Contacted seller to try to resolve the issue I had with the item purchased; seller was very unhelpful, had to clarify a number of times that the product clearly wasn’t used even after sending images of the damage. Seller finally said I could return the item but would not provide a returns label and when asked they just haven’t bothered replying back. Terrible product and terrible customer service.
