Seller claims to have shipped the order, but shipping never updated and the seller is now making me wait through a UPS claim before refunding me when shipping shows that UPS never received the package. I'm now stuck both without my money and drives. I don't see why I have to wait for an error that appears to be on the sellers end. Unprofessional beyond belief.
