Sometimes packages get damaged and I always replace items when this happens--I ship prints in a 15"x5"x5" box tube--they are easier to store than 5" tubes that size--I like the larger tubes/boxes so i dont have to roll the print too tight-- a 5" roll seems to have the print not to bent when it's opened--I'm not sure exactly what happened with the conversation--it may have slipped my mind--I have shipped another print ( with an extra print) in a sturdier box.
