It said “used” but stated nothing about the item. The pictures made it look like it was very gently used, if at all. It did show a little more wear than I was expecting. The nose has some scuffs on it and it smelled a little off. I’ve made it smell better, and I think someone will be very excited to get his puppy back. The price was okay and packaging was acceptable.
