    This product is advertised as an 'Equine Stay Dry' - they sent out a completely different product (different brand name etc) and wouldn't admit that they had - it was incredibly frustrating. I contacted Ebay who sorted out for me to return this and get a refund as they 'don't accept refunds'. I now have no coat and have to wait over a week for my money back before I can buy another elsewhere!

    We supply these rider and stable coats to World Horse Welfare and Happa staff. We have sold thousands and this one person decides to get nasty. Very distasteful, we accept returns also. You cannot please everyone and some people cannot wait to leave negative feedback or wage a little war on sellers. heads up people, avoid this one.
