Was fast shipping. No tags to prove it was new with tags nor was it in original packaging. Have an identical mat but this was was lighter in black than my other one from Rae Dunn. So not sure if it was new. But only one I could find so I will keep it. See pic mine is on right had for a year. The "new" one I ordered via ebay is lighter black and does not have the shine like mine. Could be a company defect not sure. But again fast response fast shipping and will keep it.
