Virgin Pure filter /uv kit missing, water spout cover missing and machine coming up with FL error code and doesn't work.....but seller does not accept returns. He is selling on and was not the original owner. Thats his excuse when I contacted him. £220 down the drain. There is a risk buying from this seller. I learned the hard way. Grrrr.
