first the cane was very late arriving. it looked nothing like the cane pictured. more like a Chinese dragon. i contacted the dealer several times. first due too it being late. than that it was the wrong cane. i received no answer to the second. so i'm stuck with an ugly cane i don't want. i won't be buying from this dealer again.
