DPD went to the wrong house x2. The second attempt, I actually saw the van speeding off from up the street within a minute or 2 of receiving the 'you were out' message. On both occasions, I stood at my window looking for the van. I contacted the seller 8 times, they did not reply. Terrible customer service. In the end, I tracked down a number for DPD to tell them the drivers were going to the wrong house. I lost 3 days work. I had to stand in the street for an hour to wave the van down.
