After I purchased this hat, the seller contacted me 10 days later and said she needed another $20.00 for shipping charges, blaming eBay for entering free shipping on her listing. Now today after repeatedly asking for my refund, she has decided she can mail my hat. I told her "NO", I don't want to do business with you. Just refund my money. I cannot do anything till April 19th, because it is coming from "China". Don't order from China. Horrible experience. Just BEWARE!
