After saying it was shipped on 9/11/24 the tracking number showed that the usps had never received the order for shipment. Upon sending numerous messages to inquire about the status of the order I got no response from the seller so on 9/16/24 I decided to request a refund to my account and mysteriously the order was promptly delivered to the usps for shipment still with no reply or explanation as to why this happened.
