The description of the pointer is nowhere near accurate. The actual output is somewhere between 1/2 to one watt. The laser is in sections that screw together. There are no o rings between them. The focusing is poor. There is no way to adjust the focus closer than about 5 feet. There is too much slop in the threads of the focusing ring. It causes the focus of the laser to shift just by touching the head portion of the laser. Positives are two 18650 batteries nowhere near adequate capacity.
