I gave them a Neutral instead of a Negative because they may not have been aware of scissor cut on side of dress.I didn't even notice until I was packing it up to return! There is no way I could have done this as the seal-able plastic bag it came in did NOT have scissor cut on side.This was not the primary reason for the return. I am familiar with Asian sizes, however this fit more like a 1X than a 5X.There was also a strange odor to the garment.Please promptly refund.
