Both adapters broke in every spot the mounting bolts were located. I drilled pilot holes first but seller says that I didn’t. I guess they were there when I installed them. I won’t buy from him again!

Customer never bothered to read the directions via our website nor watch our step by step installation video on youtube. Used his own hardware - instead of the hardware provided with the kit. Also offered our assistance via phone tech support for correct installation - customer refused and never called
