PAYMENTS

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
 
Your purchase will be shipped properly packed (either in the original box or a suitable generic box, depending on availability) and insured.
 
The carrier for the free shipping is the seller s choice.
 
An adult signature is required upon receipt.
 
Shipping to eBay confirmed street address only. No address change after the order was placed.
 
 
RETURNS
 
Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please inspect items as soon as you receive them and report any issues promptly. Please save the shipping box and any packing material for 30 days. We keep track of serial numbers on every item we sell. Returned items with serial numbers that do not match our records will be refused and reported. RMA is required on all returns. A 10 % restocking fee is charged on all returns. Shipping fees are not refundable.
 
DOA/Shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
 
 
WARRANTY
 
We warranty all workstation purchases for 120 days from the date the client receives the package unless specified otherwise. No return or exchange will be accepted outside the 120-day window. There are no exceptions to this policy. We are not responsible for any damage or losses related to your time, project, or environment (data / software / network / building) where purchased workstations are installed. Modifications to a workstation or any parts sold without prior approval will void our warranty. The client is responsible for shipping the original defective item(s) back to us for warranty repairs, in the packaging they received the item, fully insured against damage or loss. In case of damage or loss, the client will be responsible for initiating a claim with the shipping carrier.
 
 
FEEDBACK
 
We value the feedback system, and we take it very seriously. Our staff will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise within the warranty period. We are human, after all, and no one is perfect. We will work with you to resolve any issues you are having. However, if you do post negative feedback before giving us the chance to work with you, we consider this an abuse of the feedback system, your feedback will be reported and you will be blocked. You will no longer be able to buy from our stores.
