This shifter mount by itself gets the job done but there was a lot of flex because the metal is not as thick as an OEM GTOmega shifter mount and it is longer. Thinner + longer equals more flex. To counteract the flex, I had to purchase two of these and screw the arms together on my wheel stand. After doing this, the mount is almost as sturdy as my OEM mount. I would suggest purchasing two of these if you want a solid, almost flex free mount.
