    I had a terrible experience with this seller. Initially they had contacted me about not being able to locate the bag that I ordered. Upon notice, I decided to shop for another bag thinking that the seller would naturally refund me. Several days later, as i was under the impression that the order had been cancelled, the seller messages me about having located the bag and in spite of my efforts to have him cancel my order, he proceeded to ship it.
