I bought the headset but it's not compatible with the box we had used for our other headset. So possibly note what machine it's compatible with in the description. So this doesn't happen to future buyers. š

I'm sorry to hear that. It lists in the title and listing details that this headset was model "CUH-ZVR1." You must have the V2 version of the PlayStation VR set, CUH-ZVR2. Not to get confused with the PlayStation VR2 headset that just got released for the PS5.I do my best to include as many details/model numbers of my listings to try and avoid such a mistake. Unfortunately, sometimes the companies themselves do not do themselves/us any favors by naming their models so close to one another.
