The package from the seller arrived broken. The item appeared to be not packed properly with bubble wrap or any protective material, and the package had no "FRAGILE" label. I feel disappointed as I was eagerly waiting for this item. I contacted the seller on April 11 but have not received any response from them yet. I am giving the seller until April 14 to resolve the issue before I escalate it to eBay.
