The seller is very helpful. The item is great! However, it said to order one size lower as it runs big. I wear a size US size 8 and ordered US size 7, when I got the shoes, it ran a little small so it's a little tight. I should've ordered the size 8. So maybe it's actually true to size rather than it's a size bigger. Overall the shoes was great and comfortable. Thanks!
