Disc laser carriage was stuck and wouldn't read discs. Maybe this wasn't an issue when it was apparently tested, maybe something happened in shipping. But this was not stated on the listing either way. My review is neutral because 1. this may not be the seller's fault and 2. i fixed the problem and NOW it's working. I'm satisified with my purchase personally, but I couldn't say whether i do or don't recommend this seller based off of this one purchase I made from the seller.
