    I carefully check every item before dispatch to ensure it is fully working, with all parts included, and I also take photos and video with an online clock.The IPL glass cover was intact when dispatched, and eBay confirmed my evidence. Not only was the product returned damaged, but dust was also intentionally placed inside the head. This action is against eBay’s return policy and outside UK consumer law. Please note, I do not offer partial refunds or free items.
