And the problem is? My goodness is this how bad it is nowadays? people just leave negative comments EVEN when customer service is above reproach? Item was lost, no fault of ours, gave full refund AND offered money off alternative/next purchase as goodwill! 0 comms in response but this very unclear feedback!
