The item was ordered on 27th March 2024 and was told that it should be delivered to Sainsbury on 2nd April 2024. This is very long for a delivery of a single item but be that as it may I had no choice but to accept it. However it is now late on the 4th April 2024 and the item has still not arrived at Sainsbury.. This is just not good enough and as I am a returning buyer it is very disappointing and I may have to look elsewhere next time.

Item mostly as described and all successfully fitted to the Quooker boiling water tap. Scraping tool not included though, but as I already had one from a previous service kit it was not an issue. Box spanner also not as good a fit as normal but again I had one from before.
