Regarding art-glass: condition is everything. Seller mentioned the surface-scratches but failed to disclose two obvious chips on one of the top form-lines. As a recently-retired seller myself, I know that description, details, honesty and accuracy matters to the ebay community; especially because a "hands-on" inspection is all but impossible, prior to sale. We heavily rely on the sellers to be our eyes, our ears & our hands because pictures help but much isn't captured. Please be more thorough.
