Not a very pleasant person to deal with. Item was as described correctly and shipped in a timely manner but the part did not fit my specific Jeep due to an oversight on my part. They were pretty rude when I requested to send the item back. A simple "I am not able to do that, sorry." would have sufficed, however, I got a condescending e-mail back about the part number being listed (as if I accused them of shipping the wrong part) and a pitty line about how they're not a retail store.
