They messaged me before it shipped to ensure that I was aware that the ebike was a returned item and to inspect the item and send them pics of anything that was damaged or not working and they would send out replacement parts at no cost. Well i messaged them right away sending pics of damaged and missing parts and have gotten 0 response back
