The seller did not provide a tracking number in a timely manner; USPS Priority Mail. They also did not communicate that there was a problem with the order (the product was damaged from flooding) until I contacted them after the estimated delivery date. Seller ensured a refund would be made, however eBay had to intervene to solve the issue. Be cautious when purchasing from this seller.
