The only reason I bought this was because the seller said she would offer a refund if I’ve didn’t like them. Though I received one package with both necklaces I paid a lot of money for double postage. When I asked the seller to send the label, they have had no response at all. Noneterrible Customer Service . I feel like I got ripped off for the charge of the double shipping even though these very light necklaces came in one package. Not OK.
