The description for my purchase was 2- 10” dinner plates and what I received was 2- 7 1/2” salad plates. contacted the seller I was told they do not normally except returns, but they would make an exception. I asked for a prepaid return label and there was no response. It has been over four days and I’ve heard nothing back. This tells me they are not willing to pay for the postage back for their mistake not. I guess my only recourse is to contact my credit card company.
