Instead of using this as a learning opportunity, my order was cancelled. The seller could not figure out how to send a package to an APO address which is used for United States Military and fill out the form, my order was cancelled.

Hello, right after the sale I apologized and said that I was not sure what to use for a Tariff Code for (APO Military) sheet that is required to ship. You said you did not know I researched it and could not find it. I tried different things so I apologized and refunded your money because I could not ship without the code. I have all the screenshots of our conversation, I would be happy to send it but I do not know how to. It is unfortunate that I asked for help and you write a negative review.
